YSM Media LLC begins working on your account immediately. All services are final and no refunds are provided.

If you are on a month to month service plan we have a 30-day billing cycle and continues on a month-to-month agreement. If at any time you wish to cancel your services, please email 30 days in advance.

At least 30 business days prior to your next billing cycle or reach out by email to the support to ensure your subscription is not renewed and you are not billed for another month of services. If proper notice is not given our services assumes the renewal of your subscription and you will be billed for another month of service. Once your subscription has been renewed, it cannot be cancelled until the subscription period ends on the following month’s renewal date. Once a campaign is cancelled, all the work rendered on your companies’ behalf such as directory submissions, postings and ads set up in your account will be yours to keep. Landing pages, website hosting and access to the CRM is yours to keep at a sliding scale fee based on type of website created and other factors (if in our account).
